Application:

meat, food, cakes, vegetables (olives, cucumbers, pearls, onions), pickling and canning, food processing, fruit storage, and regulation.

2. It is widely used as a preservative, carrier, co-solvent, pharmaceutical

preparation pH modulator and so on in medicine.

3. Lactic acid is often used as a pH regulator for various hair care products in

cosmetic industry.

4. Lactic acid used to manufactured pesticides, it can be used in the production of

slow release pesticides, such as herbicides, which are non-toxic, harmless and efficient to crops and soils;
